Process
Dreaming & Connecting
To start the process we will connect in person or over the phone and what part of the world you’re interested in traveling to. I will get to know you and your travel history and preferences. We will walk through the big picture goals for the trip. We will talk dates, budget and geography. There is no fee for this call.
Research & Development
After our complimentary first call, I will get to work drafting an itinerary and proposal. To begin this phase, there is a nominal service fee. This fee covers the time dedicated to personalizing each itinerary, making bespoke selections, booking and managing all components and support while traveling. As I draft this itinerary, I consider all of the items discussed in our first collaborative dreaming process. I rely on my vetted international (and domestic) preferred partner relationships. I incorporate all elements of your itinerary from air, to hotel, to tours, to transfers, to trains, to cars and most importantly fun! I will present you with a full proposal for your detailed review and approval.
Booking
I will begin confirming and booking all elements of the trip. We will agree on deadlines, deposit schedule, cancellation fees and the importance of trip insurance especially in this post pandemic world.
Pre-departure
After the final payment, you will receive a final itinerary with all important documents, links, confirmation numbers and contact information. You will learn how to use (and eventually love) my travel App.
Bon Voyage
Obviously this is the best part. You enjoy, experience and drink in all that this delicious life has to offer. I am here offering support and backup when you are away. If something arises, I am here to help. Your focus is to play.
Reflect
After returning home, we will briefly connect to discuss the trip. Your feedback will help springboard your next trip to one that is even more dialed in. The more I get to know you, the better I can provide experiences that hone in on your interests. As you think about your trip, I would sincerely appreciate a referral or review. My singular goal is to have happy humans upon return yearning for another adventure because they are infinitely inspired.

How I am paid
Simply put, I am paid by vendors! Hotels pay commissions to advisors for your stay. This isn’t only specific hotels, it is most hotels! Therefore, my work is funded by these commissions. I do have a nominal planning fee that will be discussed depending on the specifics of your trip. Additionally, I generally work in the 4* and 5* space. I do have a minimum spend. All of this will be discussed in our complimentary first call.
